You will first enter into a peaceful courtyard with beautiful garden. This sets the tone for the relaxation to come! From there you will enter the front door into a light filled great room with living room to the right, dining area straight ahead and a gourmet kitchen to the left. Perfect spot for family and friend gatherings.

On the main floor is one of two master suites with king size bed. There is access through french doors into an adjacent room that has an additional queen size sofa bed . The bathroom with soaking tub and duel sinks is located across the hall. Upstairs is the other master king suite with adjacent office for those needing to do some work while visiting. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower and dual sinks.

Relax and BBQ on the back patio surrounded by beautiful gardens and overlooking the 15th fairway with wonderful views of the bay. This is also a know wildlife corridor so keep your eyes open!

For your convenience there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer on first floor.
