Privately located at the end of a long gravel drive surrounded by old Coastal Cypresses. The property is nestled between the Bodega Dunes Campgrounds on one side and the monarch butterfly preserve and a protected riparian corridor. As you drive through the entrance you will see David's Beehives to your right .

The first cottage to your left is David's part time residence and is available by request for larger groups. Please inquire! The second cottage where you will be staying accommodates 1-4 guests.

Straight ahead next to the hot tub you will find an apple tree.  Feel free to pick an apple or two and take a dip into the 2-person hot tub.

Upon entering the cottage, you’ll find the newly renovated kitchen, well-equipped and with everything that you might need for your short stay. There is also a desk and work area for those needing to do work during their stay .

The first guest room is to your left and has a full- size bed for two.

The cozy living room/dining area is spacious where you can  enjoy watching your favorites shows on the Smart TV or watch one of the collections of films available for the  DVD player.

Snuggle up with a book or warm yourself by the gas fireplace. The dining area adjacent to the living room has a large table for having meals, playing board games or working on a  puzzle with your friends and family. Great family bonding space.

The space is heated by your choice of  the propane fireplace or central heating.

The bathroom is completely updated and modern. The master bedroom features a Queen bed. Cabinets are available for your convenience to store and hang your belongings.

Have a BBQ on the propane grill located on the back deck while you take in the beauty and sounds of this peaceful cottage. Keep your eyes peeled to see all kinds of  birds, deer, fox  and other wildlife

Newly built outside is an outdoor fire pit that seats 4. In addition  to the full indoor  bathroom there are two outdoor showers! The shower on the deck has hot and cold water  for those that want to shower au natural  under the stars and the second shower next to the hot tub and is cold water only for rinsing before your dip!

Check-in instructions will be sent a week before arrival.

• The property opens to a parking area on the left. Please leave that area open for backing up and out of the property. Park your vehicles in front of your cottage (second cottage from the entrance).
• To keep with the peace and serenity of this retreat, please no excessive noise or parties .
• Your beloved pet is welcome for an extra fee. Please inquire.
• No smoking indoor or outdoors please 
• Uneven ground: No running on the property for you safety.
• Live beehives on the property. If you suffer from allergies, please have your  EpiPen with you while on this property.
